Bump Glulxe to 0.5.1

* Drop verify USE flag - upstream turned it on by default, so I think
that means it should be considered thoroughly recommended.

* Profiling can now be toggled at runtime, so add a USE flag to
include that functionality.

Don't use both ifarchive and non-ifarchive URLs for the same file.

I originally did that so that I could bump things more easily before
the archive was updated, with the download falling back to the
author's web site, but it's pretty pointless really.

Move Glk headers into a seperate package, since they're not canonically part of glkloader.

This uses a slightly evil dependency trick to make the upgrade path
smoother, I hope everyone's package manager can handle it....
